Crush is well underway!

Thanks to everyone's help, we are well over half done with the 2017 crush and winemaking. The grapes are a bit lower in sugar than 2016, but the extra hang-time due to the cooler weather has really brought out the flavors and the wine is really fantastic. We should end up with between 12-15 different wines than 2016 with some really interesting stuff. Syrah is coming in today, and the last of the Pinot Noir on Saturday.
