This is a fun new release from 2018. This is an Australian yeast, which to our knowledge is the first time it has been used on Pinot Noir in the US. It is yeast normally used to ferment Syrah, so it will tend to produce a more bold, robust wine. This wine has stunning color, hence the name. It will be great in about 2 years, but is good now.
