2017 crush is complete! We ended up with just over 8 tons of grapes, and around 1400 gallons of finished wine. We will have 16 different wines and blends this year. We used several different yeasts this year and it is looking like the wine will be excellent. It is great to have it all complete and all the equipment stored away for next year.
